Three Sixty Wellness Co. believes wholeheartedly in living a healthy, happy life. Unfortunately, many Americans today struggle gravely with health conditions that impair their quality of life. Diseases like overweight and obesity, cardiovascular disease (hypertension, high cholesterol, and stroke) diabetes, some cancers, and bone health, continue to rise due to lifestyle behaviors. And so the need to carry out our mission to promote healthy eating patterns and physical activity to combat preventable, diet-related diseases becomes more and more prevalent.
Because habits form easily but die hard, we strive to provide unique and creative ways to help individuals, families, and communities enjoy the transition to healthy living. While dance has been declared an effective form of exercise, aiding in balance, mobility, and mental clarity, our goal with Tip2Toe is to add to these benefits. 360 Wellness Co. will empower each dancer to form healthy lifestyle habits by hosting interactive nutrition sessions, introducing additional forms of fun exercises, establishing stress management techniques, and igniting positive thinking skills to foster self esteem and boost confidence.

We work with each individual to assess their current physical state, set goals for where they'd like to be, and provide support to facilitate process.
We teach our students the different type of foods that are beneficial vs those that could be harmful. Students leave the program knowing the benefits of making smart choices when it comes to clean eating and are more apt to choose healthful options over junk food and sugary drinks.
We implement fundamental exercises to develop positive thinking skills to help each child learn and love themselves for who they are and the power they possess. Positive thinking is essential for coping, stress management, and serves as a building block for self confidence.
